Experience (1-3years)(Civil ) Knowledge in softwares like Revit architecture, STAAD pro,Sketchup Conduct Inhouse and Onsite training (Edutieup/Corporate Client) Conduct Seminars/Workshops/Boot camps Maintaining good relationship with students and clients Prepare and deliver training on new software Transfer knowledge including practical skills, methods and techniques to the team members Evaluate the knowledge of students and provide necessary feedback for improvement
Experience (2-4 years ) Deliver demos and presentations to the prospects in a timely manner to aid sales team Prepare the PPT, proper datasets, related case studies etc for the demo Understand the pain points of the client and propose technical solution from sales kit. Make all effort to convince the client regarding the product and help in closing the deal Address doubts and clarifications raised by the prospect to the fullest satisfaction Submit proof of concept (POC) mock up etc as solicited by the prospect/client Give orientation training on the products to familiarize the prospects with the products
Experience (2-5 years) Improving market visibility using inbound and outbound marketing techniques Exposure on managing database, e-mail campaigns and CRM tools Reach out to event organizer’s, agencies to promote our product Use social media to promote owned blogs,website,corporate identity etc Monitor and engage target audience Curate content ideas
Experience (0-3 years) Conduct extensive research to identify potential clients and explore sales opportunities. Follow clients and prospects’ marketing channels like YouTube, Twitter, Facebook Page, LinkedIn updates Pinterest etc to keep a tab on their business activities. Profiling the prospects based on the lines of product usage, geography, industry vertical, financial position, employee strength, license usage etc Cold Calling prospects to discover business opportunities and keep the sales funnel active Handling inbound sales enquiries and responding/channelizing the same to the front end sales team in a timely manner.
Experience (0-3 years ) Achieve the topline and GP targets assigned for the set time period At all times ensure a warm pipeline and sales funnel of opportunities Increase the client base of the company by generating new opportunities Pitching in the product solution to resolve the pain areas of the clients/prospects Handling inbound sales enquiries and responding in a timely manner. Engaging in discussions and negotiations with the prospect to result in sales closure
